Jennifer has 30 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Grassroots Lobbying and Advocacy, and Association and Event Management, working at the highest levels for political, government, corporate and non-profit clients. She has won numerous advocacy and corporate proxy fights/shareholder activism campaigns as well as launched dozens of membership, major donor, and direct mail programs – many from the ground level – raising over $1 billion for various clients throughout her professional career.
Paul has 40 years of experience as a political and nonprofit attorney providing counsel to for profit and nonprofit corporations and has served as general counsel to various public policy and ballot initiative organizations as well as numerous Presidential, U.S. Senate, and House candidates. He has created unique 50-state legal compliance compendiums on various subject matters including campaign finance, lobbying compliance, gift rules for government officials, and presidential ballot access and delegate selection systems.
Terry has 30 years of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects for government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and start-ups. He co-founded a technology company and served as Director of an emerging growth company that developed high-tech solutions for national security and space systems. Previously, Terry served as Senior Vice President in Silicon Valley Bank’s Technology Division where he oversaw a complex portfolio of venture capital-backed companies across a wide spectrum of technologies.
Morgan is a cannabis subject matter expert and routinely provides legal counsel to cannabis cultivators, processors, retailers, investors, and retail product manufacturers. She is a frequent speaker at conferences regarding cannabis legal compliance and criminal enforcement.
